Welcome to Fireside

Founded by siblings Priyanka Alve and Chef Rajat Alve, Fireside is an open wood-fire kitchen in Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru, built around a simple idea: fire can do far more than cook food.

Here, wood is our primary fuel, and every dish begins with an understanding of heat, time and technique. From the grill to the oven and smoker, we work with flame, embers and smoke to create food with depth, character and a sense of place.

Our cooking draws from global influences, local produce and our roots in India. We are not bound by a single cuisine or geography. Instead, we follow the ingredient, the technique and the possibilities that fire brings to each dish.At Fireside, food is cooked fresh to order, with patience and attention to detail. The process takes time, and that is part of the experience.
